Welcome to my work! I’m Row Murray, and I’m a writer.
I started my writing career in 1996, when I commenced work as a public relations professional at Weber Shandwick Worldwide. Working under some incredible ex-journalists and writers, including Mike Smith, James McCausland, Terry Maher and more, this was a high-pressure and immensely rewarding writing pressure-cooker.
In this role, I worked on everything from crisis management statements, speeches (including speechwriting for the then-Prime Minister John Howard), white papers, press materials and articles.
I then moved into a more product based writing career in PR at GREY. Since those years, I’ve worked as a freelance copywriter, often alongside or on behalf of, a wide range of creative agencies.
Today, I write almost everything, from articles for leading media outlets to website copy, UX copy, tone of voice guides, eNews content, technical articles and more.
